和记炒河粉 Woh Kee Char Hor Fun is the old time classic Canton’s style of frying hor fun. Mr. Lim Kum Mun the owner of Woh Kee also known as ‘Tua Pao Wor’ have been cooking Char Hor Fun for 30 years.
During these 3 decades Mr. Lim has been moving around and now he is settling down at Jalan Kampung Melabar. Mr. Lim Guan Lai, the owner’s son is now taking over the wok. Cooking with fish broth and fish fillets this Char Hor Fun is packed with char grill fish aroma.
