Overall the porridge texture was fine and contained tiny slices of scallops, spring onions, pepper and sesame oil. The taste was not too salty and the scent of dried scallops made the porridge delicious. The Tow Foo Fa texture was also very smooth and it was not too sweet even after added with brown sugar syrup. As for the other delicacies, the sesame ball was warm and crispy but the peanut sesame ball was a bit dry. On the other hand, the homemade soy milk was thick and smooth with no preservatives.
