Fish Head Bihun & Hokkien Mee, Heng Fatt Cafe – The New Stall with Classic Flavour

Chen Lau Tou (Uncle Tan) is a new stall at Heng Fatt Cafe. This is a new stall where the owner came back from Singapore to start his own business. Uncle Tan is selling fish head, fillet, or mantis prawn bihun in clear soup, tomyam, or dry fried version. The ingredients are fresh while the soup is flavourful, especially Tomyam.

Besides the bihun soup, the Hokkien Mee here is also very classic and nostalgic in terms of taste and flavor.
