Seong Huat Seafood Stall, this is the zhu char (Asian Cooking) stall located inside Seong Huat Coffee Shop at Jalan Larut. This stall served affordable and delicious dishes at night. The Belacan Chicken and Chooi Heong are their signature dishes while the rest of the dishes are tasting great as well.
