Ngao Lam Mee (牛腩面)Beef Brisket Noodle at Kampung Malabar has been around for a long time. This stall was passed down from the father to his daughter, Karen Chan.
The taste of the Ngao Lam Mee is still very traditional and classic. This stall has been around for decades. The flavorful and thick beef stock is best to eat especially during rainy season. Cooked with ginger slices and some herbs and simmer in long hours, this beef brisket taste so good and tender. I really hope that this taste continue to pass down to coming generations.
