Lean Hong Restaurant 联峰馆，海里黄金 is a very new restaurant that just open business at Bukit Tengah. Owner is fisherman, therefore the fish fillets are fresh from the sea and in big quantity. The signature here beside Clear Fish Noodle (Bee Hoon) Soup, Sour Fish Noodle (Bee Hoon) Soup and Fishmaw Soup, the home made free range egg kaya here also rich and smooth.
The Sour and Spicy Fish Noodle Soup tastes sour, spicy but appetizing. The fish fillets are fresh and juicy tender. The soup is not too spicy nor sour so we can taste the freshness of the fish.
The Clear Fish Noodle Soup is packed with fresh fish aroma as it is cooked with fish maw for long hours, that’s why the taste is refreshing and flavorful.
