This year, the Rockin’ Reunion Buffet Dinner features Salmon Yee Sang, Double Boiled Black Chicken Soup with Dried Scallop, Fish Maw and Sea Cucumber, Fried Glutinous Rice with Baby Abalone and Waxed Meat in Lotus Leaf, Crispy Chicken Skin Roll with Prawn Paste and Sesame Seed Marmite Chicken and many more appetizing oriental must have dishes. Guests can also sample some sweet indulgence such as cold Loh Han Koh with Red Dates and Sea coconut and Longan at the desert counter. To celebrate the aupicious Lunar New Year Day, Starz Diner offers a sumptuous Prosperity Seafood on The Rocks Buffet Dinner for all seafood lovers at RM128 nett per adult and RM64 net per child (6-12 years old).
The celebration begins with a prosperity toss of Yee Sang and continues with a variety of taste bud all-time-favorites such as Crispy Whole Duck with Kerabu Mango Plum Sauce, Wok Fried King Prawn with Salted Egg and Oat Powder, Nyonya Curry Fish with Lady Finger, Wok Fried Flower Crab with Chili Egg Flower Sauce and many more local indulgences.
