Aside from setting up a 2m-high Christmas tree complete with colorful festive decorations that is
ready to ensure a lively and merry ambience, this year’s Taste Café Christmas menu features a harmonious
mix of palate-pleasing flavour for the buffet lunch and dinner. Starting from the carving station, do not miss
out on the Roasted Turkey with Cranberry Sauce that is specially made by marinating a 5 kilogram U.S
Turkey with traditional herbs and spices for 24 hours, ready to put you into the festive mood. Next, satisfy
your appetite with this season’s special hot dishes such as the Apricot Glazed Turkey Meatloaf, a baked
meatloaf glazed in apricot that will excite your taste buds with its tangy, fruity and sweet taste.
Something to balance out the Christmas comfort is the healthy creation of lasagna made with
Cranberry, Almond and Spinach. Additionally, there is no denying that chicken soups are popular delicacy
with ample health benefits, the special Black Chicken herbal soup, a chef’s special dish that has been boiled
for at least 3 hours will give you just what you will look for in an herbal soup.
