A company that handles information is called a Technology company. Let me ask you, what about a stall that prepares fresh taco’s? It is called Tacology.
Tacology is a humble stall that is located inside Rose Garden Cafe in Tanjung Bunga. The stall is a family business which was started not long ago. The owner used to stay in the US for quite some time and managed to get some secret recipes of making good Mexican food.
The best thing about this stall is all the food are made available at affordable prices depending on the stuffing and topping chosen. The dishes also come in “grab and go” sizes which is suitable for those on the move.
It is not hard to locate this place. Before you can locate Tacology stall, you need to know the location of Rose Garden Cafe first as Tacology is located inside Rose Garden.
Taco with seabass (Hard) – RM3.99 to RM9.99, mixed salsa sauce with sea bass slices, cabbage slices, sprinkles of spring onion, yogurt base with chili slices and cumin with veggie. It was a unique and special as the wrap was deep fried before inserting the fillings compared to the usual type of taco elsewhere.
This is the signature dish here as the taco was crispy. The sea bass also presented a great combination with the crispy taco.
Burritos, beef – RM7.99 to RM10.99, corns, lettuce, onions (additional topping with cheese, beans and Mexican rice), the burritos which was stuffed with beef tasted very rich and delicious. The option of chicken or fish is also available if beef is not your cup of tea.
Quezadillas, chicken – RM7.99 to RM8.99, the quezadilla was pressed with chicken slices and it tasted perfect with the salsa sauce.
Churros – RM3.99, A churro is a fried-dough pastry—predominantly choux—based snack. Churros are popular in South America, Spain, France, the Philippines, Portugal. The Churros here were covered with cinnamon powder and brown sugar.
Churros is a sweet and crispy dessert. Although is not my cup of tea, some people love it a lot as it gives a sweet ending.
Due to the freshness of the dishes here, the time taken for the food preparation was slightly long. Another concern is due its outdoor setting and the evening operation hours, there were some mosquitoes around but there were no repellent or coils provided
