The Yee Sang was not very unique and tasted like the commercialized version that could be bought from outside.

MAIN DISH
Fried Vegetables with “Loh Hon Chai” was a mixed vegetable dish consisted of broccoli, fatt choy, Chinese mushrooms, ginkgo biloba seeds and cauliflower. It tasted like a regular mixed vegetable dish.

CHINESE BBQ CARVING STATION
Roasted “Pi Pa” Duck with Duck Sauce
SWEETS
Seasonal Tropical Fruits, Mandarin Orange and Pomelo Fruits
Hot Soya Bean with Gingko Nuts and Glutinous Rice Balls. The sweetness was just right and the glutinous rice ball with red bean filling was chewy. It was a perfect sweet ending.
